Engineering Philosophy

"Great platforms are built through modularity, observability, and the discipline to keep systems evolvable — not just functional."

Modularity first. Systems should decompose into independently deployable units. Tight coupling is technical debt with interest.
Platforms over features. Building the right foundation lets teams move fast without accumulating entropy.
Observability is not optional. If you can't measure it in production, you don't understand it.
AI as a force multiplier. The best engineering teams in the next decade will be those who embed AI thinking into every workflow.
